Estonian National Symphony Orchestra performs Vellum (2020)
Repečkaitė’s composition Vellum (2020) will be performed by Estonian National Symphony Orchestra under the baguette of Clement Power during at Baltic and Estonian Music Days on the 26th of April, 2024 in Tallinn and on the 28th of April, 2024 in Tartu. The latter will be live broadcasted by Klassikaraadio, LR3 Klasika, LRT Klasika and transferred across Europe through the EBU (European Broadcasting Union). Vellum will be performed again this year at Paris Philharmonic by Orchestra Pasdeloup.

Toro (2015) in USA
Justina’s composition “Toro” (2015) for euphonium and tape will be performed at Euphonium Performance Senior Recital by Tristan Scott on April 25th at 7:30pm in Meadows Recital Hall, Baylor University, Waco, Texas.
Sturnus vulgaris cohibitus (2020) in Milan
On the 13th of April 2024 the pianist Zane Rubesa will perform Repečkaitė’s Sturnus vulgaris cohibitus (2020) as part of the unique program titled IN LOVE WITH LIBERTY. The program is consists of compositions by Baltic and Finnish woman composers: Justina Repečkaitė (1989), Linda Leimane (1987), Santa Ratniece (1977), Maria Kõrvits (1987) and Kaija Saariaho (1952-2023). Zane Rubesa’s recital will take place in Fabbrica del Vapore and is a part of Divertimento Ensemble season.
Composer in residence at Cordes-sur-Ciel
Justina Repečkaitė is a composer in residence at Festival Cordes-sur-Ciel 53rd edition, which took place from July 19-25, 2024. Previously, composers like Henri Dutilleux, Jonathan Harvey, Michael Levinas, Clara Iannotta were invited to the festival. Repečkaitė had 5 compositions played in the program of the festival, presented her music on several occasions, and gave an interview to the radio.
Transduced (2020) US premiere
Transduced (2020) will premiere in US, in a concert Percussion Ensemble (Thomas Burrit, director ) with the the Experimental & Electronic Music Studio (Januibe Tejera, director) in Bates Recital Hall, Butler School of Music - University of Texas at Austin.

Justina Repečkaitė’s Cursus IRCAM composition Transduced (2020), for percussion, 3 transducers, and electronics was premiered by Yannick Monnot and filmed at the Center Pompidou. Since its creation, Transduced was performed by Romane Bouffioux in Colombia in 2022.
Incantare (2018) in Amsterdam
On February 11th, 2024 Justina’s composition Incantare (2018) for flute and tape will be performed by Tarmo Johannes in a concert Nieuwe Noten Amsterdam: Flute Solo & T R O M P O Ensemble at Plein Theater, Amsterdam. Tarmo Johannes first played an adapted version of Incantare in 2021 for bass flute during Baltic & Estonian Music Days. Co-commissioned by Le Balcon and Fondation Singer-Polignac Incantare was premiered in Paris by Claire Luquiens.
Ciclo Continuo (2021) US premiere
On February 11, 2024, Isotope Duo, Phil Pierick (sax) and Kyle Flens (perc), will give a US premiere of Repečkaitė’s Ciclo Continuo (2021) for saxophone and percussion at Constellation venue in Chicago.
Originally written for the Duo Dubois European tour More with less in 2021, Ciclo Continuo was later part of Astrus Duo European tour in 2023.
Atropine at International Ensemble Modern Academy
In January 2024, Repečkaitė’s composition Atropine for brass trio and electronics will be performed by International Ensemble Modern Academy students Jinhyoung Kim (trumpet), Robyn Blaire (horn), Noah Perkins (trombone) & Moritz Fischer (electronics) Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Atropine was premiered by Collegium Novum Zürich during Electrocution festival, Brest, France in 2022.

Tapisserie at the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts
LENsemble Vilnius, conducted by Vykintas Baltakas, will perform Justina’s composition Tapisserie (2015) at the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts in Munich in the concert Wie klingt Europa im 21. Jahrhundert?. The ensemble recorded Tapisserie, alongside another composition of Repeckaite - REM, in their album Contemporary Music Series: Lithuania in 2016 after performing these pieces in the festival Gaida the same year. Vykintas Baltakas also conducted Tapisserie performed by der/gelbe/klang at Schwere Reiter, Munich in 2022.

Album release by Music Information Centre Lithuania in 2024
Music Information Centre Lithuania is set to release Justina Repečkaitė's debut album in early 2025. The album showcases compositions spanning from 2012 to 2024, reflecting the composer’s artistic journey. The album will include recordings from the Baltic States, France, and Germany and will be available in both physical and digital formats.

Ensemble XXI. jahrhundert conducted by Peter Burwik will play Tapisserie (2015) at Wiener Konzerthaus. This piece was already performed in Vienna by the ensemble Platypus in 2016.

Artist-in-residence at Schloss Wiepersdorf
In spring 2023 Justina Repečkaitė is an artist-in-residence at Schloss Wiepersdorf, Germany. During her residency Justina works on her piece La Muë (text by Samuel-Auguste Tissot) for children’s choir & electronics, co-commissioned by the Baroque Music Center of Versailles and IRCAM for the Janus project, to be premiered both at IRCAM and at the Royal Chapel of the Palace of Versailles in 2024. Recently, at Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music, an American pianist Robert Fleitz defended his Master thesis “Microtonality in works for solo piano: Three case studies in the Baltic keyboard repertoire”. Fleitz discusses 3 compositions for piano written by Baltic composers: Santa Ratniece (1977) – In Love with Liberty (2016), Liisa Hirsch (1984) – Quantum Well (2020) and Justina Repečkaitė (1989)- Sturnus vulgaris cohibitus (2020).
Cries in a project 50/50
Justina Repeckaite’s composition Cries (2023) will be performed during the French tour of the project 50/50 by the Sequenza 9.3 vocal ensemble (cond. Catherine Simonpietri) and a harpist Sandrine Chatron (Trio Polycordes) alongside pieces by Carol Robinson (1956), Claude Barthelemy (1956) and Fabien Cali (1983).
